Refinance and Cash out for business purposes.

We recently helped one of our clients refinance his residential investment loans in the Eastern suburbs of Sydney to release equity. This no-doc loan was used to purchase new machinery and stock for his business to continue operating successfully, and was completed in under 2 weeks from enquiry to settlement.

Incomplete Construction finance

One of our clients was mid way through a building project and the builder walked off site for various reasons.  We were able to refinance the loan and release enough funding so that the new builder could finish the project, avoiding unnecessary holding and other costs.
